Identify yourself you are not just a body with a name, abilities, experiences, work habbits, goals etc you are a human and there's a difference between a human being & a human body with all these things try to live like a human not like a machine. Remember, sometimes you can laugh if you want to, sometimes you can cry if you want to, sometimes you can act like a child if you want to, sometimes you can eat what you like, sometimes you can sing like crazy, and also sometimes you can do whatever the hell you want to do... Because you are a human, you have a right to live with your choices, and do what you want to do and that right is God given so no one can take that away from you.  Don't let the world makes you forget that, that you are the person holding the reigns of your life.
